Gsx cargo flight

Hi so i am trying to do a cargo flight on msfs but everytime i go to board the cargo it keeps loading passengers even though my simbrief says no passengers? how do i succesfully do a flight where it just loads cargo and not passengers and i am even using a cargo plane so at this point i am stuck

As far as I know, GSX does not "understand" that you have no passengers. With my testing scenario (passenger aircraft), GSX always boards 14 passengers when I set the number of passengers to less then 15. Umberto says that this is not a GSX problem, he says that Simbrief reports a false number of passengers.
My GSX test scenario (unless otherwise stated):
Sandbox environment
GSX v 2.9.1 (as of 20 Jan 2023)
Fenix A320, PMDG 737-800, ATR-72
EDDL (JustSim), EDDK (Aerosoft), both not Marketplace
GSX jetways disabled
no AI traffic
no antivirus or firewall software running
all apps started in admin mode

Make sure the airplane is set to Cargo mode under Airplane Settings.
