VGDS Guide / Process

Hi,

Have been using GSX Pro and all before and it really adds to the experience in the sim - and thanks to Umberto for being active with support on the forums.

I have done a search but couldnt find any definitive answers or guide around how the VGDS system should work and what I should see.

Take for example a flight planned in Simbrief to depart in 60 mins and I am sitting at the gate - what sort of info should be seen in the larger boards - do I need to enter data anywhere apart from simbrief plan?

Assuming your Simbrief plan has been accepted, so it's shown in green in the GSX menu, you need to be sure you are using one of the more advanced VGDS which supports displays large enough to show those informations.

They are the T1-42 (most complete) or the T2-24 (with reduced info) and there's nothing you need to add manually, all the relevant information will be pulled from the active plan on Simbrief.
