I'm in vacation but that doesn't mean I'm not working to support either, since I obviously do, and we sometimes need to work at things, you know like adding new features, and we already released 2 Updates in August so no, everybody is still working, and not being able to attend to the forum every day, doesn't diminish your ability to get support in any way because:
- We always have the support email
- As you might have noticed, I'm also offering support over the GSX Creators server on Discord that, while is not run by FSDT (because it started for profile creators first), has now become full of people asking general support questions so, I have been basically forced to spend time there as well, because lots of users didn't know it wasn't an FSDT channel and demanded support anyway so, I had to *divide* my time between here and there, and the support email address AND doing actual new things.
