SODE 1.8.0
« on: July 20, 2023, 10:52:53 pm »
The new SODE v1.8.0 is up and available.  I tried it but when I attach the jetway it never ends the process, in other words you can not board, or undock, or pushback because the docking process will not stop.

P3D 4.5.14.34698
SimConnect 4.5.0.0

Can confirm this occurs in 5.4 also with GSX jetways, standard SODE options appear to be ok.

Thanks for the reports.
There was indeed a small bug which prevented the completion signal to be sent to GSX. Fixed.

Please uninstall SODE first and then and re-download the updated V1.8.0 installer from my site.

Thanks Jeff, reinstalled and tested with both GSX and SODE jetways, all functional :)

Does this issue still remain unfixed? I had to reinstall SODE multiple times. P3D froze when SODE crashed. P3Dv4.5HF3. SODE v1.8.0.

If going back to 1.7.1 of SODE version solved the problem, could we wait for SODE v1.8.1 or v1.8.2?

I suppose that assumes there would be an update in the first place.

I just went back to SODE 1.7.1 and everything worked like before 1.8.0 came out.

I can report that 1.8.0 sode is not working for me in P3d 5.4

I've uninstalled/reinstalled, issue persists - GSX reports Sode disconnection

I may revert to 1.7.1

Thanks yes, I've done this, and now jetbridges are missing. I've restarted Couatl/rebuild cache in sim. GSX customization reports jetbridges are configured properly, yet no jetbridges appear.

Confirmed, please go back to SODE v1.7.1 until a new version is released.
