FS Live Updater Error

Just recently purchased GSX Pro but i cant install it as I keep running to the following error:

Any ideas how to fix?

- Turn off the firewall

- Configure the antivirus to add the whole Add-on Manager folder to the antivirus Exclusions list.

- Try again.

If still doesn't work, try to RESTART Windows after installing the Universal Installer

I have done all of your suggestions and i still get the same error.

Be sure you tried them all, including the last one:

- Download and install the current FSDT Uninversal Installer, which surely includes the current version of every file related to the updater, so it won't be affected by issues with downloads.

If that still doesn't work, be sure you Windows is completely updated, with no updates pending.

Im still having no luck unfortunately.

I have installed 1.1.2 of the live updater and restarted windows. I have also disabled windows firewall and added all of the addons to the exception list in windows firewall (defender).

I am using Windows 11 and it is fully upto date, with no updates pending.

What I have noticed is that the mouse will change to a hand symbol when I move it over the white square with the red lines and I can click and the square then loads into the website, but I dont get the option to install GSX Pro.

The white square with red lines doesn't exist, I only saw it in your screenshot, and it seems to indicate something is blocking the program execution OR possibly, your Windows is not really fully updated

Ive attached more screenshots to show everything is updated and to show that I can click on the white part.

Is there another way of installing GSX without the live updater? Once installed I can click update all and the white screen wont matter anymore.

Try the Offline installer, maybe something is not being downloaded correctly.
