Unknown causing Couatl to restart question

After loaded UGSB airport Parking 11 with PMDG 747-400 I called GSX Ground Services for Boarding Passengers. One of the Stairs looks weird so pax will walk on air. Passengers bus arrived and I received the Couatl message. I had to shut down the P3Dv4.5 sim. Reporting this to find a clue.

I just ran GSX LiveUpdate and it still the same second Stair not docking properly, and Pax will commence but Couatl crashing with error.
Any help?

According to your log, GSX is working normally, it tried to tell you parked in a parking too small, but you haven't heard the sound because you disabled audio cues, then it detected your simulator crashed for another reason, and it cleanly exited.
