All airports only use one service provider - jet aviation
« on: January 11, 2023, 02:51:31 pm »
Hey,

I've noticed in P3D that since I've updated:

1. I'm no longer asked with service provider to use
2. Automatic selection defaults to Jet Aviation every time

When is this going to be fixed?

The operator selection works just fine. If doesn't for you, please clarify:

- Which "P3D" you are referring to, since the operator selection is completely different between P3D 4 and 5

- Which airport you are using and if you are using a custom profile.

- If you are using a custom profile, if you selected the operator

- If you altered the default operator rules

v4.5
All, some do, some don't.
No option to select at all.
No alterations.

All airports I've tested so far default to jet aviation, EDDF for example is using the cartayna profile which had FRAPORT service provider, now it's jet aviation only.

Bug observed so far - CYUL CYYZ, KORD, EDDF, SPJC, MMUN, PHNL.

It was working fine before I bought GSX pro for MSFS, was using an old (winter 2022) gsx version.

No option to select at all.

You mean you don't have a drop down menu with the list of operators ? That's not normal, of course, as if you removed all the stock rules. Run the FSDT Update again.

Yes, and that it ignores what the airport profile would have set up.
I've run live update about 4 times since updating, I am on the latest version, unless the liveupdate release notes site only updates for major releases.
