PMDG 737-800

every aircraft I have works fine with GSX except the PMDG 737-800.    When I set up the sim GSX menu comes up and says loading,  but t never does load.   Is there something in the pmdg menu i have to do first?

I managed to fix it and all is perfect now.  I was using version 2.51,  I updated to version 2.63 and it's working perfectly
