GSX update

Good morning.
 Following a reinstallation of GSX level 1 and 2, and updating the software, I noticed that the luggage carts circulate without a tractor in the front.
 Only trolleys with luggage on them, or containers.
Is this normal? And if not how to fix this problem.

Doesn't happen here, it would be helpful if you said which simulator you use.

Good morning.
 I actually failed to support that I'm using FSX acceleration.
 I specify that it is since the reinstallation that this phenomenon occurs. :'(
