Problem solved: Trouble with setting jetway heights at WMKK

Hello, I'm troubling with setting custom jetway height in WMKK which is developed by secret studios. I try correct jetway names and heights but pax are still under jetway.(fig 1)

I'm using jetway heights following
[jetway_rootfloor_heights]
secret_studio_wmkk_jetway_a_mbb = 6.0
secret_studio_wmkk_jetway_a_cln = 6.0
secret_studio_wmkk_jetway_b_cln = 6.0

Is it correct jetway name? (fig 2)

If you enable logging in the settings, the Couatl.log file will tell you if your customization has been applied to the jetways. And of course if your profile has been read.

Yes, you enabled logging but, where is your log then (one made at that airport, of course ) ? I cannot possibly say if your data is being read without looking at it. ZIP it and Attach it to a post.

You should have started Boarding or Deboarding AFTER passengers starts to appear, there the log would tell you if the jetway configuration for that specific jetway at that specific gate is in use.

Exactly, and I should have realized the problem from your first post. Check the names better: the jetway title is secret-studio-wmkk-jetway-a-cln, but you set it in your profile as secret_studio_wmkk_jetway_a_cln, underscores instead of dashes!
