im tired from gsx pro

hello i contect u 3 monthes ago and still the gsx not working(stuck on loading page).
i have the airport profile the airplane profile and the last version of the gsx . the coutel is working i try to reset it and its still not working.
its always stuck on loading.
I dont know what else to do if someone can help me i appreciate that.
i can steam on discord if it helps.

And please try to be more accurate in your description: what this sentence even means  "the coutel is working i try to reset it and its still not working." ? So it's working or not ?

Of course the couatl is working.
What i mean to say that i have all the things working(profiles ,couatl, the latest update) and its still stuck on loading menu

Your log clearly shows the program started, but it was blocked by something, and the most likely cause is the antivirus. Double check it again you have really excluded the whole Addon Manager folder. What antivirus are you using ?

The Microsoft firewall is a firewall, not an antivirus. The firewall might eventually block a download, but not the startup of the program, that would be the antivirus instead, so you need to act on that one, not the firewall.

Again:

- Configure the Windows Defender ANTIVIRUS ( NOT the Firewall!! ) to add the whole Addon Manager folder to the antivirus EXCLUSIONS

- For good measure, add the whole Community folder to it as well.

- Try changing the Properties for this file:

\Addon Manager\Couatl64\Couatl64_MSFS.EXE

To run As Administrator.

- Try setting or unsetting the Windows 8 Compatibility setting for the same file, in combination with the Run As Adminstrator flag. Try all combinations.
