Support Mail still active?

Hello,

i wanted to ask if the support email is managed?  An error happened to me when I bought it yesterday and I contacted the support mail.

I'm a bit surprised that you should contact the support mail but you don't get any answer or help for more than 24 hours.

He's usually pretty good with responding, but if he's the only one who handles the e-mails and he gets sick or goes on vacation, then that could be an issue.

So there would be an absence message for the club.  Of course, I would have the fullest understanding for illness.  But for size, there would have to be some kind of "backup" person.

I have no idea, I'm just guessing here. Mind you, a lot of these flight simulator developers aren't as big as people would like to think.

I agree with you that there are probably no 5 people.  Nevertheless, one would have to have an "emergency scenario".  Something can always happen and so the customers would not be forgotten. 

I'll see what happens on Monday. 

If there is nothing, I'll try to reverse the payment at the bank.

It usually customary to wait a least 24 business hours before complaining in public that support email doesn't reply, which might mislead other people this is in fact the case.

Sometimes, when there's a weekend in between, you might have to wait until the next Monday before all the emails that has been queued during the weekend can all be processed.

Of course, your email has been answered today, but I see you managed to activate yesterday anyway.
