Passenger problem

Hi
Recently only 14 passengers boarded but full complement of 120 deboard. What am I doing wrong?
This is with Fenix A320

Secondly a request. I like to set up walkways where appropriate, ie no jetway but parked next to terminal. It is a bit annoying that passenger boarding noises occur immediately well before the first one has reached the aircraft. Can this be changed?

How many pax did you file on your SimBrief flight plan? If you do not specify a decent number of pax, GSX will set it to 14.
GSX will also set it to 14 if you do not file a SimBrief flight plan at all.

Sandbox environment
GSX v 2.9.1 (as of 20 Jan 2023)
Fenix A320, PMDG 737-800, ATR-72
EDDL (JustSim), EDDK (Aerosoft), both not Marketplace
GSX jetways disabled
no AI traffic
no antivirus or firewall software running
all apps started in admin mode

My stupid fault! I have been reinstalling onto a new computer and forgot to give gsx my simbrief identity. Sorry!

But still would like the passenger noises sorted
