I was wondering how I can add in a custom ground handler?
If this is not possible, would it be possible to add assured aviation services to multiple airports across the UK?

If you're using P3D V5, you can't. The reason is P3D V5 runs using DX12, which doesn't have render to texture capability, which is needed for the logos to work. If you're using P3D V4, manual should give you instructions on how to do this.
