LSZH - Problem with Jetway (Addon Airport from FSDT)

Hello Umberto, Hello people,
I have the following problem. Something is wrong with the jetway at parking position E46 at Airport LSZH (also from FSDT). The jetway has a big gap (see photo), which is not really nice.

There are also 3 jetways in some parking spaces, some of which overlap. see photo.

Actually, I expected GSX to work well with an airport from the same manufacturer.

The airport was purchased via the MSFS Marketplace. The aircraft is FBW A330-900 Neo.

I would be very grateful for help.

Your screenshots show that you use two LSZH sceneries at a time. If you want to use a 3rd party scenery for LSZH, you have to uninstall the Microsoft/Asobo hand-crafted scenery that came with Sim Update 7.

first of all, thank you very much for your feedback.

Could you please tell me more about where I can find this software package and what effects it has if I uninstall it?

I am still a bit new to MSFS.

After MSFS has started, klick on PROFILE, then on CONTENT MANAGER.

Type LSZH into the search field.

You will probably see two entries:
1. LSZH - ZURICH AIRPORT BY MICROSOFT
2. ZURICH AIRPORT BY FSDREAMTEAM

Klick on the 1st one and then on DEINSTALL.

Restart MSFS.

This should hide the the unwanted scenery.

additional question:
What aircraft do you use? (There is no A330-900 neo provided by FBW; maybe you mean the Headwind?)
