Passangers Boarding

I don't see passangers boarding the FBW A320
I do see the passanger count on the tablet matching with simbrief flight plan

Sort of vague, but I'll try:
Obvious question, are you at a gate or are you using stairs?

I am at a parking spot using stairs, I see the flight crew getting off the small bus and boarding, but no passangers. At a 3rd party airport MMUN. I am running simbrief and flight plan loaded into tablet on FBW A320. I tried to follow direction in the manual but I am very green to this. Maybe I don't know something obvious to other people.?

Did you load the passenger count into the fly pad of the a320? Also, GSX should ask if you wish to load crew, pilots, passengers, or both.

I loaded the passenger count into the tablet by link from the simbrief flightplan and it shows like 165.
When i click on loading it loads both pilots and crew no problem (2 pilots, 3 flight attendants from a small bus)
BUT THEN  .....
Another small bus shows up and it loads 1 passenger and GSX says loaded 1/1 passengers.

  I wanted the large bus to show up loading 165 passengers.

Go to GSX settings and untuck the box that reads “estimate passenger number”. Also make sure you’re signed into GSX with your Simbrief Alias.

Then your passengers will match the flight plan you filed.

OK i figured it out off a google search ........

I have to load the passengers in the tablet FIRST
, then run the GSX boarding !  Found out the answer by accident  lol
