GSX Ground Services wont install

When attempting to install GSX Ground Services for FSX/P3D, it errors out with a "RUNTIME ERROR (AT 106:847): '; 140' IS NOT A VALID INTEGER VALUE", followed by "LIST INDEX OUT OF BOUNDS". I have tried numerous times to reinstall but not getting past the errors. I have tried to isolate the *.ini by using the ";" command. If this is out there in the forum I apologize, but after reading some of the problems others are having, I wonder if I'm using mine right!

Your .INI is surely invalid, and it's possible you created the problem yourself by adding the semicolon. It shouldn't have any.
