« on: February 28, 2023, 05:31:13 pm »
Hello,

Is their a chance we could see GSX support the AN225 tug? it's a one of a kind &  would be cool to officially support it

We are currently working to add 6 engines support to GSX and the AN-225 to the internal database, this should arrive very quickly.

More than a special tug, it would need a special towbar (the one that is stored on board), which can then be used with one of the available tugs, but I can't promise this will come soon, since we have lots of work to support the new SU12 Navdata API first.

The big question here is, did the AN-225 got tugged other than in and out of its hangar? I mean, it takes a lot of space to open the cargo door and load a train or boiler into it in real life. What I am doing, I choose a big parking spot and then slew the plane so that it facilitates for these operations. Then I can always taxi out myself.

It also seems inconvenient to wait 15 min to open the door and get the special bar. Wait 15 min to close the door and start pushback. Then another 15 mins. to open the door again to get the bar back in and etc...  ;D

That would be awesome to see GSX have a special tug/towbar for the AN225 - Hope you can get around to that at some point when you have some time.

Keep up the good work!
