Hello everyone,

so I know this topic has been floating around here somewhere but I can´t get the solution I need for this. (see attachment) This is deboarding. Pax fly into the air and then huddle together next to the plane. Happens when boarding as well.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Please clarify if this happens only with this airplane ( which variation, exactly ? ) at any airport, or it happens on a specific airport ( which one ? )

700 variant. And yes. The Fenix works everytime I use it. The pictures were taken at EDJA (stock airport). I´ve hat the issue also at EDDP (stock). This is boarding at NZWN (flightbeam)

I have the same issue on the -900... It's only the CRJ series that are affected for me. All other aircraft works fine. Could it be the profile?

Have you used different parking spots at EDDP ? If yes, it might be useful to know which one didn't work and which one did.

I did. Last I used was 142 and it worked. At EDJA stand 3 did not work.

It would have been easier to check, if you could point out two gates at the same airport in which the problem happens or not.

You said it happened on a default airport so, please, report a case on the same airport where it works on a gate but not on another one.

Try the attached zip file, just unzip to your community folder.

I believe the problem is elevation related, and it can usually be fix by slightly moving the problem parking spot, and then rebuild the airport (via SDK).  I understand not everyone will want to get into airport editing this way, hopefully there is something GSX can do to address this.
