You must have manually edited the Couatladdons.ini file, so it contains an invalid/illegal character or line. Just remove the file, and a new one with all default settings will be created.
I would like to have a look at it before you removed it, just to confirm the problem was caused by having edited it manually, and it's not some other problem.
Do not post the file as it is, but ZIP IT and Attach it to a post, because I need to look at the actual file, not a copy of its content filtered by the forum software.
