Tail Slam on Carenado C208B
« on: February 20, 2023, 07:18:28 pm »
Really odd problem.  When I attempt a push back of my Carenado C208B, not EX, using GSX, the tug hooks up, starts the pushback, then immediately disappears along with anything else GSX related and leaves the C208 in a nose high position with the tail slammed to the ground.

This does not occur if I use manually initiate the pushback using Shift-P, unless I leave the brakes on.  With the breaks off I get the slight tail dip which seem to be common.

If I try the EX version, the pushback tug locks up. pushback starts.  However, if I terminate the pushback the EX is thrown violently into the air.  Does a somersault and ends up wheels down. Not a great way to treat an aircraft.

Any suggestions, other than Shift-P?   :)

Thanks..
