Where can I find the "SETTINGS"?

The title says it all. I have not been able to find this, although I have looked in the Add-on folder.

Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

with in  the  sim it self,  click on  gsx   and  at  the  bottom of  the menu  click  settings
