No idea, but it's not that hard to make a profile yourself. Go into the menu, click customize airplane, and go through the different doors and mark them as "no open/close checks" if they exist or "no door" if they don't. Then, click on each door again and, if they exist, click "Customize in 3D editor" and use the controls listed to move the door positions around. If you need more help, there are plenty of good youtube tutorials.
