reset key before mainboard sostitucion

guys I have a big problem, my pc motherboard was broken and obviously before replacing it I couldn't reset the key because the pc didn't start. now the pc id has changed and i don't know how to recover the old one, if i launch the gsx installer it constantly asks me for the key and how i insert it, i get the activated key, how can i do it?

already tried a thousand times, if I go to deactivate license, it tells me that it is deactivated, I go to universal installer, insert the key, it tells me that it is activated but nothing is activated all the same, asking me for the key endlessly. the same happens if I go to activate license, it tells me that it has been activated but in the universal installer it asks me for the key endlessly.

This seems to be a problem caused by your windows user account having limited permissions. Be sure the user account you use MSFS with has admin permissions.
