How do I reinstall/reactivate the Cloud9 Phantom?

Way back in the dim & distant mists of time I purchased a few Cloud9 products. I've been away from simming for a few years but now I'm flying again it would be great to have some of those products back again, especially the F-4 & F-104; needless to say I no longer have my purchase info and, with the demise of Esellerate, I'm stumped as to how I go about reinstalling these aircraft.

Is there a way to retrieve this information or do I have to resign myself to not being able to reinstall?

I've just seen the "Use & Activation of Cloud9 products" in the general support forum which, I guess, answers my question. Ah well, chalk this one up to experience I guess, I'll have to make do with the somewhat inferior products from other suppliers.  :(
