PMDG 737 doors

Hi,

Before todays update, I could call deboarding and leave them to it. Now it seems the doors dont open like they use to and the people just sit there. Once I open the doors, the aft baggage loader doesnt do anything now and also just sits there whilst the front one does all the work.

For me it's the front doors which doesn't open automatically (pax, catering and cargo) after the latest update. Back doors open nicely. Boarding and deboarding. When I open and close  them via FMC appropriately, everthing works fine (PMDGD 737-800).

I have a slightly different problem with the PMDG 738. While the pax and cargo doors automatically open and close at the correct time, The aft catering door is now shut all through the catering process, only to open once the truck leaves. It appears to miss the open door toggle, causing the aft catering door to open rather than close when it receives the next door toggle at the the end of the catering service. Note I have a custom profile for the 738 that excludes the forward catering door, as I like having the catering van arrive rather than two large catering trucks. I'll remove the custom profile to check for correct door open/close logic today.

That's your problem, the automatic door code assumes the doors are configured as in the GSX default profile, if you exclude a door, the automatic handler won't work but, of course, you can still open the door manually.

I'm happy to report that all doors open and close with proper functionality "after I removed my customized profile" for the 738. Once I confirmed proper functionality, I went back and disabled the front catering door again. I have complete correct door functionality as well as the complete GSX experience! Thanks again Umberto and team for creating and constantly updating this must have product.

In my case, no custom airplane profile. Tried another two flights, front doors don't open or close via GSX (left and right), backdoors do.

Having issues with the front doors aswell, not only on the 737.
While the 737 won't open the front doors with a jetway attached, but works fine on a stand, the Fenix doesn't open the front door on a stand, but works fine with a jetway.
That's on v 2.2.2.

Please verify you are using the default airplane profile that comes with GSX.

The profile folder is empty, the aircraft editor says it's using the internal GSX database in all cases.

I'm experiencing a similar issue with the PMDG 737-600. Everything was working fine until the last update. Since the last update, the left entry aft door does not open automatically, which prevents boarding. When I open the door manually through the FMC, boarding works.

[EDIT] Updating to GSX Pro 2.2.2 resolved this issue.
