Passenger boarding occurring too fast

I am having real problem with boarding time for passengers. Has occurred in both default and third party scenery (with previously working gsx profile) this has occurred for both pmdg 737-800 and a310. The problem is when I request boarding the cargo boarding is fine and takes the normal time. However the passenger boarding occurs within seconds. To give an example my a310 boarding of 270 passengers goes from0 to 10 passengers in a second and the next few seconds it t goes to 30 and then 210 and then straight away says boarding complete. I have the boarding time density set to normal and changing that made no difference. The gsx pro is up to date using the offline installer and I have 3rd party jetway excluded on the config panel in the installer. I’m at a loss and would be grateful for any advice or help please!

Thank you for your swift reply. Apologies for not checking the post you point to. So I have mixture of marketplace and non marketplace sceneries and use custom GSX profiles, with SU10 nav data enabled. From the post I understand the only thing to do is wait for SU12 update as currently there is no work around. Thanks once again for your help
