Boarding not working when on ramp

Hello, whenever i am going to board with a bus. Crew and passengers are not able to get to the plane. They stay stuck on top of the bus, happens with every plane and avery airport.

Nobody ever reported this before so, even if you say it happens with every plane and every airport, please provide a precise reproduction step, indicating:

- the airplane used, the airport used and the gate used

- if the scenery is not default, which scenery is, if it's bought on the Marketplace airport and ( in that case ) if you enabled the SU10 Navdata API option in the Configuration.

- the precise, exact sequence of operations you did in GSX
