No Pushback P3D v5

I am at FlyTampa Toronto airport CYYZ Gate C28 That I have setuped.
In GSX I ask for Pushback. The man walks to airplane does his thing Then I get a message asking me What kind of pushback I want. I pick anyone even a Straight out. And then I wait an wait then I get passengers complaint cause I have been waiting for so long, bad for the business, loosing money.

Have you possibly turned down GSX verbosity, so GSX is trying to tell you something about some kind of pushback constraint, which you don't see because the verbosity is too low ?

Hi Thanks for your Answer.

In GSX Setting - simulaion - User Interface Message verbosity is at Display all message and sound level at Max.
