Infinite Boarding

Hi, i have a problem with GSX.
After I finish the boarding (cargo) and I ask for the pushback I get this message waiting for other service to complete (boarding), but actually the boarding ended 10 minutes ago and all the ground vehicles are gone.
Solutions? I also have the same problem in the GSX version for P3DV5 (I avoid making a post in the other thread so as not to fill the bulletin board).

It's not possible to help without a more precise description of your situation:

- Did the parking spot has jetways ? If yes, have they been connected and the passengers did board correctly ?

- Have you waited for the crew and pilots to get on board, which will happen after all passengers ?

I only use cargo airplane so I don't use any jetways. When he asks me whether to board the crew I always select "nobody".

Has the airplane being flagged as cargo in the GSX airplane customization page ?
