Jetway gets removed when calling for boarding

As of April 2023, I've seen my GSX pro working fine, but today I ran into a problem.
The symptom is Fenix a320, JETWAY is automatically disconnected when boarding request is made, you can hear the sound of passengers boarding, but there is no animation.

I searched this forum for a discussion of the same issue and found a topic discussed in 2022 with the exact same symptoms.

His topic is exactly the same as my symptoms,
Fenix's automatic JetWAY function has been confirmed to be OFF.
Any solution?

<Other information>
- MSFS is the latest version. (There was an update once in May)
- FSDT Live Update has been performed,
- Fenix version hasn't been updated since April when it was working fine.
-Other add-ons have not been changed or installed since April.

The problem was resolved when I played on May 30th.

We haven't changed anything from your first to your second message.

In addition to that, since several updates ago, if the gate has a jetway and the airplane use a standard control for the main door ( the Fenix does ), GSX will no longer control the Main Door. This because, with a Sim update some updates ago, it's the SIMULATOR itself that open and close the door automatically when the jetway approaches/retracts, so we updated GSX to not control the main exit anymore, on gates with a jetway.
