Menu GSX Button Crashing

Hi FSDT....

I have previously reported I was experiencing this issue. But an uninstall and reinstall worked at that time.  However, that "fix" is no longer working.  Here is what is happening as I see it:

• Click the GSX button from the menu (while in the PMDG 738)
• Menu tries to open....but then just disappears
• I am using NavData API
• Uninstall and reinstall does not solve the disappearing issue

I have attached a copy of the log file. (I do remember some things  ). Any advice on what to try would be greatly appreciated.  Take care.  Stay safe!

Same happening here. Made a new installation to no avail. Don't know what's wrong, no messages.

Your log doesn't show you are using the Navdata API, because it says it's loading the Airport cache, which it  And, it doesn't show any errors, other than the connection with the sim stopped, as if you quit the simulator.

Not possible to say for sure you have the "same" problem, unless you also post your startup log.
