Trying to activate GSX in preparv4.5 license keys not working maybe my license key has reached its activation limits what do i need to do or how do i reactivate the license keys thank you

Okay so the license keys i have are not working to activate GSX in preaprv4 I requested the keys not sure why they are not letting me activate GSX.
