FSDT Universal Installer not installing GSX

Hi Umberto and everyone,
I have just purchased GSX for MSFS and although I bought and installed LFSB without difficulty, the installer won’t install GSX - it just remains stuck at 0%. I don’t know if there are logs for the installer itself or what other information you need, but any help appreciated. Thanks. John.

Please clarify where exactly is stuck: downloading or installing ? As usual, the first thing to checks are:

- Be sure the whole Addon Manager folder is added to the antivirus EXCLUSIONS

- Be sure no firewall is blocking the installer

- Be sure you Windows is fully updated and restart Windows after performing all pending updates.
