GSX configurator

Hi Can anyone tell me how to get to the configuration tool? This is the high level one to exclude 3rd party scenery for example.

Run the  "FSDT Installer" and then find GSX and click on Config

thanks, but although the Config button is illuminated, clicking on it does nothing for me.
