The products that qualify for an update discount from FSX/P3D to MSFS are:
- CYVR
- KSDF
- KCLT
- KORD V2
- LFSB doesn't even require an upgrade price, because the same license is valid for P3D and MSFS.
All users that bought any of these have been sent an email when these came out, with instructions to get the discount, to the email address they used to purchase the previous version. If you have any of these and missed the email, possibly because you changed email in the meantime, or because you bought the qualifying product from another retailer, contact support to obtain a new upgrade offer.
