No GSX on arrival

I’ve tried to install and uninstall many times, and also did the updates.
Usually GSX works on departure, but when I arrive at the destination there is no gates at all.
I also see this when I open the GSX menu

Usually it works for 1 or 2 flights before it stops work

The “Select parking facility” doesn’t look correct if I compare with the manual?

For example Bilbao - LEBB/TT:AIRPORTLR.LEBB.NAME

Your screenshot is so small I cannot even make out if the parking spots are there or not, and it's not even the parking customization page I asked for.
