Why do none of the jetway properly connect to the plane?
All jetways connect properly to the airplane, why you think they don't ? Also, it's not very clear which "jetways" you are referring to:
- If you are referring to default airports using GSX Replacement jetways, they are placed exactly in the same positions as the default ones and have their exact dimensions, which means if you parked the same airplane in the same position without GSX, the default Jetway would have worked ( or not ) in the same way.
That's because, as explained so many times, GSX replacement jetways are only a VISUAL replacement for the default ones. Their animation is controlled entirely by the simulator, so they'll work ( or not ) like default ones, under the same conditions.
- If, instead, you are referring to 3rd party airports, you MUST Disable the GSX replacement files for those airports, because GSX jetways are not meant to replace 3rd party jetways. In this case, your question doesn't have anything to do with GSX, because nothing in GSX can have any effect how 3rd party jetways will work ( or not ).
You have to adjust all of them? Thats crazy
You can't adjust jetways. What you can do, instead, is adjust the airplane STOP position on ground, which will result in the airplane door ending in a good position to solve the jetway.
