Safedock system is not working

Hi,
When pulling onto the gate after requesting parking services, the safedock system shows no guidance indication....the panel remains dark.... Any idea why?

Which model, exactly ? I just tried a T9, and it works normally.

I tried at the same airport where I had the issue and it seems to be working now. I did actually install the latest update today, maybe it helped. I see the marshaller distance readout thing has now been fixed. No more funky characters....Thank you
