Passengers and crew launch into mid-air unless Couatl is restarted
« on: September 22, 2022, 05:23:24 pm »
I have seen similar posts but not recently. I have an issue where the crew/passengers go to board the stairs (embedded Stairs) and then just before they get there they launch into space and then come back down and then get stuck boarding so boarding doesn't happen. On restarting Couatl it will be fine but on a new load of MSFS it does the same again.

Please make a properly detailed report indicating:

- the airplane used.

- the airport used. Clearly identify the scenery if it's not default, and if it's not default, indicate if it's bought on the Marketplace.

- the parking position used.

Hi Umberto,

as succinct and to the point as ever! :-)

Its the Aerosoft Twin Otter.

Doesn't matter what airport you are at it happens anywhere in the world and so also any parking position. It's not airport related by the looks.

As stated before, it does not happen once you have restarted Coautl.

Kindest regards,

Chris

Its the Aerosoft Twin Otter.

Does it mean:

- It only happens with that airplane

- It happens with every airplane, that was just an example

- It's the only airplane you tried, so you don't know

Hi Umberto,

thanks for the prompt response. I've not have this issue with any other aircraft so far. Seems to be just this one with the embedded stairs.
