Hi,
when boarding I see no crew or passengers. I fly A320Neo FBW and PMDG boeing 737-700 on MSFS2020.
Hopefully someone can help me.

Not obviously possible to help you with such a sparse description of your issue, which lacks fundamental data like:

- Which airport you use

- It's a 3rd party airport ? If yes, it's one bought on the Ms Marketplace ?

- Does the airport has jetways ? If yes, and if it's a 3rd party airport, have you Disabled it from the GSX Config panel using the "Disable 3rd party" button as you should have ?

I happens at all airports when I use a jetway. I am not using any 3rd party airports nor am I using a GSX profile for the airport. I set the amount of passengers on "In sane".
Furthermore I just noticed that the bagagecars ar empty and do not arrive at the plane. I loaded a flightplan via simbrief

Are you using airports only included in the Premium or Deluxe version of the sim ?

As explained in so many other threads, the updater updates ALL FSDT products, for ALL simulators so, unless you have each one of them installed, for MSFS, P3D and FSX, all at the same time, you'll never see all steps performed, since only installed products are being updated.
