Unable to activate GSX Pro on MSFS

Hi there

I bought GSX Pro on release, installed fine and activated without issue.

Since then I have attempted to reinstall it, as it was corrupted during the early issues with the updater (which I think are fixed now), but now it won't let me activate the product through the FSDT Installer for MSFS.

The error reported is: "Using a QLM key, the activation server returned: ... The license key <xyz> is invalid. Please enter a valid license key"

Please can you assist?

The error can only happen for two reasons:

- You haven't entered any key

OR

- You have entered a key that doesn't start with "A", which makes the program assuming your key is one of the old Esellerate keys

In any case, you should never post these kind of questions on the forum, for the obvious reason my next question would be something about your key or your order, that's why the FAQ page of this site asks for use only the support email for any questions about orders or activation.
