GSX Settings by Simbrief

Hello, with GSX Pro and when logging in to Simbrief, I get this error message. I tried out the user name, ID number at Simbrief. Restart by Couatl. FSDT LiveUpdate. The button in the GSX under Simbrief is also red. Who can help ?

The error itself won't happen again in the next update, which was caused by having set the wrong SimBrief username. It must be what SimBrief calls ALIAS. Nothing else.

I didn't enter anything other than the alias name.
Do I have to wait for an update now, or can a new installation bring about a change?

Then the only other possible reason for that error, is you clicked Reload Simbrief without having an active flight plan on it.  The new update will just report both errors ( wrong username or missing plan ) under the button itself, but they are still errors nonetheless, just it won't be confused by them anymore.

Nowhere I ever said that. I said the error happens because:

- You have the wrong username on SimBrief, and pressed the "Reload" button anyway.

OR

- You don't have an active Flight plan on SimBrief, and pressed the "Reload" button anyway.


As I've said, the next update won't cause these two problems to stop GSX, they will be reported, but they are still errors so, what you need to do is NOT press the Reload button unless your SimBrief username is correct AND you have an active flight plan generated.
