menu bar does not load

the menu bar does not load. After refueling and embarking the passengers, suddenly the menu window is more loaded, thus remaining forever.

yes I noticed that in VR am again loosing the main toolbar and access to menu and if I quit the flight it remains on loading menu in 2d

Please clarify what do you mean with "the menu bar":

- the icon on the toolbar menu

- the menu itself

sorry I explained myself badly, I mean the menu itself. I had to call the pushback but I couldn't because it no longer loaded the window, which remained fixed in loading mode

Same problem here at LOWI last night. Called GSX from in-game menu bar - GSX window popped-up and got the "loading" spinner -  never changed, just remained like that.

It's possible there might have been an error, so I would need to see the log made immediately after this happens.

how can I publish it to you? The fact is that the previous flight happened, (on arrival even if it did not load the window, a followme car arrived without me asking for it), I could no longer start couatl, in the end I concluded and I restarted the pc now.

If you keep logging enabled, every new session a new log is created so, as I've said, next time it happens, take the log before restarting anything (couatl or the sim), ZIP it and attach it to a post.
