COUATL Restart msg

Hey Guys,

would it be possible to give a message when COUATL is available again after Restart?

We considered making a full blown notification but, many users hate when pop-ups are displayed so, instead of an intrusive pop-up notification, the Couatl Tray Bar icon has a Tooltip which will only show when you however the mouse on it, which will display "Airport cache loaded successfully", which indicates the program is ready to start.
