Sorry if it has been discussed before, i can't seem to find anything
I fly the Fenix and the ground crew's behaviour during pushback is very strange. First of all, he/she announces all clear while still at the nose wheel trying to take out the gear pin (deathwish maybe?). And to add to that, he/she then puts itself at the opposite position of where he/she should be in order to waive you with the pin at hand. Never towards the gates so as then to leave away from the aircraft, but always from the opposite side, so after that you have to wait for him/her to pass in frond of you. Higly unrealistic
