Pushback crash PMDG B737-800

Hello Guys,

How to avoid this on pushback? This is the second time the PMDG B738 have this bug and crash due overstress.

Which airport is that ( airport and position ) ? Could be the ground there is a bit too rough ?

There is no a specific airport, happened at SBBR, SBGR and SBSP. I think its more associated to the tow truck type, I'm not faced yet the problem using the tractor with that yellow bar

Have you possible enabled the "Pushback raise" function in the airplane config ? We have it disabled in our default internal configuration for all PMDG planes. Other than that, there's no difference between the two types.
