5 minutes it's clearly a problem, it's not supposed to take more than 5 seconds in normal situations, you are likely having an error so, follow the instruction posted in the Sticky thread about "How to report an error" and post your startup log.

I have the same issue. I already re-installes GSX, but nothing changed.
In GSX MAIN MENU I still get the Msg. "Loading GSX Menu, please wait..."
Even after having a Lunch, its still loading.

You don't have exactly the same issue, since you are also missing the spinning animation, which indicates a incomplete installation, possibly caused by the servers not being fully updated.

Download the Offline installer posted in this section, and don't run the Live Update for the time being, and see if it improves things.

Enlarge the window and you will see the spinning animation. So it's not an installation problem.

I'm sorry, it was difficult to make out. Have you tried the offline installer, which fixed the problem for the previous poster ?

Please provide a log, as explained in the "how to report an error" thread. You should exit the sim after you are sure it seems stuck

I uninstalled GSX and deleted the virtuali folder (AppData\Roaming\).

I reinstalled GXS then the offline installer,

Now I have the menu that displays correctly.

In the virtuali folder there was maybe a conflict with GSX for P3D that I uninstalled a little while ago ?

If you missing the entire toolbar icon, it was just a bad download, that will always appear, provided all files are installed, it doesn't require any software to start.
