It was that Content.XML File which messed me up!

Congratulations, you hit another "MSFS-bug-that-confuse-GSX", remember you'll have to remove the CONTENT.XML at each startup!

This bug has been fixed in the SU10 Beta, so it might be worth switching to it, if only for this reason...

And how to proceed when we only use 3rd party airports? (I mean those from FlyTampa, ORBX, Aerosoft, iniBuilds, PilotPlus and so on...)

You use only 3rd party airport, you are not suppose to have a GSX jetway replacement file for them active in the first place.

Kindly advise how I can do so.
I dont see that option on the Microsoft store......

You need to install the Xbox Insider Hub from the Store first, then look for the available Beta, and Join it.
