Waiting for your action: Open exit 1 Open exit 3. 737-800

Anyone have these issue with the pmdg 737-800
Ive costumized the passenger doors with open/close checks as standard door#1 and door 3. But still waiting for your action to open up the doors. The doors are open.
Passengers cannot boarding. Who can help me out.

You cannot use the default MSFS doors, PMDG uses custom ones. GSX comes with a prepared config for the 800 now, so it should work out of the box. Did you download the newest update? Also delete your aircraft config for the 800 (or hit reset in the customisation menu)
